Theorie SwissMarch 22, 2026

1. Target your weak areas
Analyse your recent mock exams: which topics cause the most mistakes? Common weak spots are priority rules, similar-looking signs and situational questions. Use Theorie Swiss filters to practise by topic.
2. Mock exams under real conditions
In the last 2–3 days, complete at least 2–3 full mock exams—with the timer on and no interruptions. Aim for consistently 90 % or above.
3. Read explanations, don't just click
For every wrong answer, read the explanation. Understand why the correct answer is right—not just which one it is.
4. The night before: stay calm
- Sleep at least 7–8 hours
- No more studying the evening before
- Prepare your ID and confirmation
5. On exam day
- Arrive early – avoid last-minute stress
- Read each question carefully – the difference is often in the detail
- Don't get stuck – mark uncertain questions and return later
- Trust your preparation
6. Common exam traps
- Questions with "always" or "never" – exceptions almost always exist
- Images with multiple signs – read exactly which sign the question refers to
- Speed questions with zone changes – check whether a new limit is signposted
