Money-back guarantee
If you fail the official Swiss theory exam, you may request a refund within 14 days of your exam result.
Eligibility requires completing at least 3 full practice exams on Theorie Swiss within the 14 days before your official exam date.
Submit your request via support with proof of attendance (e.g. exam result notification). Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Content and liability
We aim to keep practice content accurate and up to date, but exam outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
To the extent allowed by law, Theorie Swiss is not liable for indirect damages arising from platform use.
